I graduated from UCD in December 2017 with a degree in Human Development and a minor in English. During my time as an undergraduate, I worked with Dr. Lenna Ontai’s research team exploring who and what influence children to make certain decisions in regard to health behaviors and motivation. At the completion of my degree, I was given the opportunity to continue this research and collaborate with the SELF lab to explore the intersection of health behaviors and mindset development (Are these constructs related? If yes, who influences this?). I am very interested in both of these areas of research and am especially excited to work on projects that will contribute to this growing field of research. In my free time, I like to read, watch (good) movies, and go on walks in the Davis Arboretum, preferably all while drinking coffee.
